Exploring and experiencing freedom as a fact of seeing, thinking and feeling

My process-oriented work unfolds serially from 16 basic paintings that form initial and fixed boundaries, which I try to shift iteratively and thus overcome. Working with fabrics, colors and materials offers me a laboratory-like basis for perception, on which I can create connections and be guided directly by phenomena and sensations.

My processes are deliberately slow in order to create a contrast to many economic, commercial processes and thus enable different perspectives on processes. The serially created works repeatedly condense into series of works. Some works initially move in an experimental space until a series of works is built on them.
